Stefano Malagoli, Managing Partner of Kaleidos, is the Promoter (together with Gino Lugli, Luca Giacometti and Silvio Marenco) of Glenalta Food, the Italian Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) for the Food Industry. Glenalta Food, initiative launched in June 2015, rises from the combination of the distinctive and complementary competences of its Founders who can boast successful managerial background in the food sector, a twenty-year experience in corporate finance operations and private equity and a direct experience as a promoter of Italian SPACs. Glenalta Food has collected 80 million Euros to invest in mid-sized companies with an approximate Enterprise Value of 200 – 400 million Euros, with the purpose of strengthening/integrating complementary businesses and facilitating the international development.
